I really enjoy the "Basic Journalism" posts. Maybe this is only the second one, but still. You could try to make it a regular feature - once a week or so. Assuming something newsworthy happens at least once a week.
I agree. Make it a feature. Please?
There's no better reason to celebrate, btw.
Personally, I celebrated mine much differently, although I still may have woken the neighbours.
If I had a time machine I would travel back to July 3rd 2007 and thank you in advance for making me laugh out loud after the depressing day of October the 18th 2012.
